Return and Exchange

General Guidelines

We use the information we collect to:

• Refunds are processed through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Returning an item purchased under a promotional offer may affect eligibility for that offer, and prices may be recalculated accordingly.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• If a non-returnable item is sent back, the return will be declined, and  25 will be charged for re-shipping.
• All sales of body care products or charity-related items are final.
• Gift cards cannot be purchased using another gift card and are non-refundable if lost or stolen.
• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for processing.
• Products damaged due to misuse or neglect will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Note: Panties, lingerie, bras, swimwear, and accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
